Villa La Selva, a beautiful stone villa surrounded by greenery and situated on a typical hill, awaits you in all its splendour just a few steps from the medieval village of Lucignano. The swimming pool, in a dominant position with respect to the house, (size 6 x 16 m - depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) will welcome you on hot summer days.

The villa is on two levels and comprises 3 apartments that are only rented together, so in our opinion, it is the ideal solution if you are a group of friends who spend their holidays together but prefer to maintain a certain independence and privacy. On the first floor there is a dining room where you can gather.
A nice and comfortable furnishing with some fine antiques will make you feel at home in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The property accepts one small pet.
