Villa 3 Colli is a large and tastefully restored villa located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, half way between Florence and Siena. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and consists of a fully independent 3 apartments.
The property offers a traditional and relaxing farmhouse feel with high wooden beams, terracotta ceilings and floors, and rustic Tuscan furnishings.

The Medieval towns of Certaldo and Barberino Val d'Elsa are 7 kilometres away and the towers of San Gimignano can be seen over the hills from the villa.

A car is highly recommended.

Swimming pool 3.5m x 8m, located opposite the villa, is shared by two apartments.
The third apartment has its own pool.
The shared pool is open from the beginning of June to end of September.

With a traditional farmhouse feel and high wooden beams, this spacious 100 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa and consists of 2 double/twin bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with tub and bidet.
The apartment has its own allocated outside seating area.
There is a shared barbecue on the property.
