Nice small accommodation situated in a hamlet of houses in dominating location on the Ligurian coastline. This house has been recently and carefully restored and offers welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The outside area provide a small furnished terrace and beautiful views over the surrounding terraced landscape rich in olive groves typical of the region Liguria.
A short distance away there are nice beaches as well as the Cinque Terre park. Car highly suggested.
The access to the house is on foot via a small climbing path (approx. 80 m) or via a nearby bublic parking (approx. 200 m away on foot).
The owner provides assistance with luggage at departure and arrival.
Distances: Levanto with general strores and railway station 3 km away, beaches and small marina 3,5 km, the Cinque Terre park 5 km away, Portovenere 50 km, Lerici 53 km, Portofino 65 km away, Forte dei Marmi (18-hole golf course) 75 km away, Genova (airport) 80 km, Pisa (airport) 115 km away, Sanremo (casino) 225 km, Siena 245 km away, the Principality of Monaco approx. 260 km away.

1st floor (access via a wooden staircase): twin-bedded room (satellite TV) with ensuite bathroom with shower and access on to the outside.
2nd floor (attic-room – access via a wooden staircase): double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Upon request the bedroom on the first floor can be turned into a double bedroom.

Typique maison de village très bien placée entre Levanto et Monterosso. Pas d'accés direct en voiture, parking en contrebas sur la route. Accueil parfait : arrangeant pour l'horaire, transport des bagages , feu dans le poele à notre arrivée et petites douceurs sur la table : rien à redire

The parking and driving in this area is not for the faint-hearted. Tiny roadside spaces for parking - not guaranteed and sometimes necessitating a walk down a very narrow road in the dark. Bring flashlights/torches. The accommodation itself is very nice. One of our party found the nearby church bells ringing half-hourly to be more than a little irritating.
