Beautiful farmhouse situated on a large farming estate amidst the hills of the Valdarno region, in peaceful and panoramic location. This property was restored in 2010 and turned into 6 nice apartments (one is occupied by the owners), all of which providing tastefully furnished, welcoming interiors (with new pieces of furniture). The outside areas are spacious and offer a nice pool with solarium.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Levane with general stores 3 km away, Montevarchi with railway station (trains for Florence and Arezzo) 6 km, Arezzo 45 km away, Siena 50 km, Florence 65 km away, the lovely town of Cortona 80 km, Volterra 90 km away, Perugia 120 km. away.
Within a few kilometers there are nice outlets where it is possible to buy well-known Italian brands such as Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Ferragamo..
At guests’ disposal: large outside areas, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 1,5 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold and warm water), changing room near the pool, barbecue.
All of the apartments provide satellite TV, air-conditioning and free WI-FI internet connection. Shared laundry.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request (free of charge). Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid locally). Beautiful shared room with kitchen and dining area available for wine-tasting and nice dinners (prices upon request).

Beautiful place to spend vacation. Very kind and helpful personnel and friendly owner. Monica gave us good recommendations about charming villages and other sightseeing. Wine produced in local winery was just perfect. I have no doubt to suggest this place for having a good time in Tuscany.

Booking an apartment in a Tuscan villa was a dream coming true. We had a wonderful 5-day stay, just relaxing by the pool, walking and cycling around the area, and wining/dining outside by the moonlight. We will never forget this short stay. The staff was totally helpful and agreable, and their wine just as unforgettable. Leaving was the hardest part and we're already planning a new (longer) trip there.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Stella 5 unit. The landscaping is beautiful and it is very peaceful. The decorating inside the unit was tasteful and the beds are very comfortable. Monica was very sweet and helpful in providing suggestions for touring wineries in the area. A highlight of our stay was a wine tasting hosted by the owner of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

El alojamiento está genial, todo decorado con muy buen gusto, muy bonito y muy limpio. Andrea y Massimo son unos huéspedes excepcionales. Si vuelvo a La Toscana, me alojaré de nuevo alli sin duda. Lugar muy, muy recomendable.
