The outside areas offer a shared garden with barbecue, gazebo and a nice pool.
The woods surrounding the property offer an ideal terrain for beautiful walks.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of approx. 500 m.
Distances: San Donato in Collina with general stores 3 km away, Rignano sull’Arno 4 km, Florence 15 km away, Arezzo 57 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished outside areas, panoramic swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), gazebo, barbecue. Shared laundry.
Approx. 100 m from the villa away there is a nice fenced-in playground for children.
Internet access provided (€ 5,- / per day to be paid on the spot).
Extra Services to be paid on site: Baby bed available upon request (€ 15,- / per week). Maid service by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour). Possibility of tasting the products of the estate. Upon request it is also possible to visit the sheep, livestock and horse farming.
