This nice property, open all year round, is located on a hill offering a mild climate and a beautiful panoramic view on Volterra and Peccioli.
The villa has been restored in 2001.
It is composed by a main building, containing 4 apartments; there is additionally a 5th apt, Girasole, which is detached, on 2 levels and with 2 entrances.
All of them have a panoramic view, outside space, satellite tv.
Distances:
The village of Lajatico, it is only 500 meters from the center and just 800mt from the Teatro del Silenzio concert venue of our fellow countryman Andrea Bocelli.
Large parking.

We are producers of extra virgin olive oil, 3 kinds of red wine and 1 kind of white wine and also honey, biscuits, grappa and vegetables in glass.

Location very picturesque. If you are looking for total peace and quiet make sure you get an apartment which is not on the bottom floor.

Wonderful location and stunning views.Quiet and relaxing holiday location. Apartment not fully set up for 6 people, however.

Very nice setting 40 mins from Pisa nice family on the farm with own wines and oils and grappa !. Taste the wines early on your stay to save buying from the supermarket. The pasta cooking class was enjoyed by my wife and children and tasted great. Nice pool area with steps at the end for little kids to get in and out. Make sure you tell Elisa the day before for things like steak night as we didn't and could not therefore join in. The village is a short walk and is a nice little village with a small square with a co-op for basics and a couple of small bars. For a quite night, this is the place ! Some very nice old towns nearby without he need to go all touristy to Volterra. Montecatina Val De Cecina was nice with a nice restaurant on the square. Enjoy.

Girasole
Four of my friends and I took a relaxing weekend trip to Tuscany and this was the perfect villa to stay in! The family that owned the villa were very friendly, accomodating, and helpful with our day-to-day plans. I HIGHLY recommend taking the cooking class that they offer, it was a blast! Girasole was large, clean, and had a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside. I only wish that we had come a weekend later when the pool opened. I will definitely be returning here when family comes to visit from the States (I currently live in Sicily).
