Panoramic position close to Cortona, which is within walking distance. Le Celle is beautiful villa set in a panoramic position giving a superb view over the whole of Valdichiana and the nearby town of Cortona, reachable with a short walk approx. 1 km.
The area, which has a rich artistic patrimony is sought after by people from all over the world. Today the city of Cortona, which preserves intact historical testimonies of its ancient Etruscan origins, has facilities of every kind and all over the year there are several famous cultural and folk initiatives to cheer the tourists stay. The hermitage Francescano delle Celle which is a place of peace and quietness founded in the 12th century by followers of Saint Francis of Assisi, is a stone throw from the house.

The villa, the swimming pool and the outdoor spaces. The holiday villa is situated on a hilltop, amidst terraced olive groves that stretch down into the valley. In front of the villa there is a large natural terrace, surrounded by olive trees and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven and a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 1,20-1,50m). The villa is furnished in simple and tasteful Tuscan style.

FIRST FLOOR: Access from the garden directly on the uphill side of the house. Large sun terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas, kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, sitting room with double sofa bed and TV, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance on sitting-room with sofa, kitchen/dining room, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The two floors have no internal connection. 
SMALL HOUSE: bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine, drying rack and ironing board and iron.
