La Casa di Peter is a beautiful villa situated in a panoramic position, on the slopes of a high hill covered by secular woods. It is located in the suggestive and delicate natural context of the National Park of the Casentino Forests, and for this reason it offers you the widest guarantees for a holiday in absolute relaxation, lived in close contact with nature.
Going down the winding road that embraces the hill, in a few minutes you will reach Stia, the last village of the Casentino valley, situated at the foot of the Falterona mountain, where the Arno, the historic river that crosses Florence, is still a stream that receives the crystal clear waters of the thousands of rivulets that furrow the valley.
In Stia, which is certainly worth a day trip with its small historical alleys, squares, churches and sanctuaries and the nearby Porciano castle, you can do your shopping and above all spend memorable evenings in one of the typical restaurants, where you must try the local dishes, Casentino ravioli, “tortello alla lastra” and Porcini mushrooms, found in countless recipes...
All around is the National Park of the Casentino Forests, with its cool, centuries-old woods. For lovers of nature, trekking, bike rides and the life of wild animals, this is a real paradise waiting to be discovered.
La Casa di Peter is surrounded by a large enclosed garden shaded by age-old oaks, where there is also a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a table tennis and a children's playground.
Morando and Maria Luisa, the owners, have furnished and arranged the villa with passion and dedication, and the care they take of their property and guests will immediately make you feel at home.
In front of the house, in a sunny and panoramic position, you will find the swimming pool (size m. 10x5, depth m. 1,10-1,50), private and completely fenced, with the features of a small lake, in order to be able to fit gently into the landscape of the Natural Park.
Our tip: don't miss the typical dinners that the owner will prepare on request, all the customers who have tasted them tell of delicacies to lick their lips!

GROUND FLOOR: access via portico equipped with table and chairs, sitting-dining room with fireplace and double sofa-bed, kitchen and bathroom with bath.
MEZZANINE: (4 steps) two double bedrooms, one with a panoramic veranda, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
In the basement there is a laundry room and a room equipped with a barbecue.
