Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. From 01.10 to 31.03 long terms rentals only for a minimum of 3 months. Please note, the apartment is below street level and is accessible by stairs leading down to it.
