THE VILLA
On the ground floor the living area with large main hall, with dining table for formal meals, armchairs and sofa, ample fireplace where to relax in front of digital TV (Sky Cinema included, Playstation 2, DVD, Stereo).
Plenty of brochures and informations about events, restaurants, thermal SPA, tours in the local area are available for turistic excursions.

The kitchen room is equiped with best facilities: complete sets of dishes and glasses, dishwasher, large fridge, 5 point gas, electric large woven, microwave, and many kitchen tools.
Direct access to open air pergola, with with a barbecue where to enjoy garden dining.
1 bathroom with hydromassage shower, wc, bidet.
All towel set provided. Courtesy soaps, toilet paper, hairdryer.
Laundry room with washing machine and ironing set.

On the first floor are situated the four double bedrooms, plus a single bed on the open study room.
Rooms are finely furnished with double beds, wardrobe, high quality bed linens.
Room 1: Queen size bed. The tuscan traditional antique furnished room: direct access to sunterrace.

Room 2: King size bed. Romantic blue-cream room: direct access to sunterrace.

Room 3: King size bed. Nice room with modern touch.
Room 4: King size bed, plus a baby cot. Large light blue room. Close to bathroom.

Sunterrace: accessible from two rooms, 60 sm over porch, with a stunning hill panorama view, where you can watch wild life in the near reserve, or the watch stars in the night.
The heating in the villa can be regulated independently on the ground floor (living room) and the first floor (sleeping rooms).

LA CASINA: The Annex is a small romantic open space, perfect to accomodate up to 3 people in a queen size bed plus a single bed facing at the fireplace and TV.
The main room is separated by a open wall with a arc, dividing the sleeping area by the dining area.
The small kitchen room, all open with glass windows looking the flowers garden, has all equipment tools: dishwasher, fridge, 4 point gas, small oven, american coffee machine and much more.
Just outside the kitchen a small pergola with table and barbecue to enjoy the quite of outside living.
The bathroom is with tub-shower, WC, bidet, washing machine, wardrobe room.
