About 300 meters from the hamlet LaTraiana you will find a private small road that will bring you to the Romignano Farm Estate.
This beautiful 9/11 bedroom, 8 bath home is surrounded by 50 hectares of sweet hills, vineyards, fields of sunflowers, cypress trees, wild shrubs, and by the silence of the country.
On the property it is possible to visit the winery and to taste wines and olive oil in the wine bar.
If you like natural reserves, from the house it is possible to reach a Park called Valle dell'Inferno by bike and here you can spot animals and birds of the region. By car you will arrive in Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo in 30 - 60 minutes. All around there are medieval villages and a beautiful landscape.
The farm is located close to Romanesque Parishes and Medieval cities and nearby the major tourist destinations of the region.
The owner's family lives on the premises, in a separate building.
Distances:
Restaurant at 2 km, San Giustino Valdarno with all kind of shops at 3 km, Terranuova Bracciolini with all kind of shops at 4 km. A car is essential here.
At guests disposal: A lovely bean shaped pool, depth 1.5 m, 100 m2, open from May to September. There is a Wi-Fi internet connection available free of charge and mountain bikes can be hired on request. The owners can also provide 2 Baby beds free of charge.

We had a wonderful week. The main house is a lovely, charming, spacious, building. Four families stayed there and one more family stayed in the smaller house on the side. We were 9 adults, 10 children and two babies. It was a very hot week - 39 degrees some days- but the living area stayed cooler. The pool is very enjoyable and relaxing. The water was very clean. The children spent hours there. It is not fully secure, but it is removed from the house with vegetation growing around it. The grounds are huge but all visible from the terrace so the children can venture further afield without concern.
Our meals were cooked by the lovely Simona. She delivered them to the kitchen so we
could eat them at our leisure. Simona was a wonderful help to us - always kind and smiling and always ready to find a solution (wasps‘ nest, broken clothes dryer,
Lack of coat hangers). Fresh flowers were left in each room. The towels were tied in ribbon. Such sweet touches. And the view from the terrace is divine.Vil du anbefale denne ejendom til en ven? Ja
Nous avons choisi la fattoria di Romignano pour y célébrer notre mariage en petit comité.
Les maisons sont grandes et spacieuses. Tout est très propre. Il y'a 9 chambres dont 2 doubles ce qui est très pratique pour les enfants et chacune a sa salle de bain. C'est un dépaysement total, on est entourés de vignes et oliveraies, de vrais paysages de Toscane. C'est un endroit idéalement placé pour visiter toute la région.
Pour la partie mariage, çela a été parfait. Toute l'équipe est géniale. Ils sont disponibles, souriants, arrangeants, gentils... ils ont tout fait pour que ce moment soit inoubliable et c'est le cas. La cuisine est délicieuse. La décoration était simple et très classe. Encore un grand merci !

The houses are large and spacious. Everything is very clean. There are 9 bedrooms including 2 doubles which is very convenient for children and each has its own bathroom. It is a total change of scenery, we are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, real landscapes of Tuscany. It is a great place to visit the whole region.
For the wedding party, it was perfect. The whole team is great. They are available, smiling, accommodating, kind ... they have done everything to make this moment unforgettable and it is the case. La villa rende una vacanza piacevole in molti.... anche se presenta alcune lacune come ambienti poco curati e non pulitissimo. Le camere da letto non sono 11 ma 9 di cui 2 quadruple. Cmq si trascorre nell'insieme una buona vacanza resa anche dalla qualità/prezzo

The villa is perfect for a pleasant holiday in many ... although it has some gaps (regarding the general maintenance and cleanliness of the rooms). ein tolles Anwesen, ein Ort der Entspannung und Seele fallen lassen, Alles für Einkäufe in guter Nähe, Tagesausflüge u.a.nach Siena, Florenz, Cortona, Arezzo etc.gut machbar.
Elena ist sehr freundlich und hilft sofort, wenn es nötig ist.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf! De omgeving en t uitzicht zijn geweldig, het huis heel sfeervol en ruim! Het enige minpuntje is het meubilair in de living, als t onverhoopt slecht weer is, zit je niet echt lekker binnen. Verder prima! Houd rekening met t feit dat er extra betaald moet worden voor t gasverbruik, wij hadden prachtig warm weer, maar als je de hele week moet stoken kan t aardig oplopen.

The only downside is the furniture in the living room, if it is unexpectedly bad weather, the living room is not so comfortable. The rest is fine! Amazing! If you are considering a Tuscan adventure, choose this villa. Absolutely beautiful. The owner and Sara were wonderful and the villa was a dream come true.

Our famiy had a wonderfull time in Fattoria Di Romngnano . The villa is beautifull , well maintained with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all 18 of us.Location is great , close to all of Tuscany's main cities and attractions. After some grocery shopping at the near by village of san giustino valdarno, we cooked in the lovely equiped kitchen,and one night had a delicious dinner at the Fattoia's restuarant - great tuscan food and wonderfull atmosphere.
there is a nice swimming pool which the kids loved (despite the rather cold temps..they just couldn't resist the temptation.. ).Ricardo the owner,and Helnia the housekeeper, do everything to make you feel at home ! if your are looking for a place to spend a relaxed family/friends gathering - this is a great location to do so. Very nice place! however not very sound proof, can hear everyone doing everything, but still if you dont care about that it is a very nice place.but no proper wifi in the villa, had to go outside to get a good connection

The houses were fine, albeit sparsely furnished.
In the house and in the bedrooms/bathrooms the light was insufficient for reading etc.(we were there in mid oktober). As we had planned to play bridge in the evenings (4 tables) we had a problem. This was solved by letting us play in a separate building, where we also had our evening meal.
The cooking was excellent and varied, as were the wines.

The villa was perfect for our group of 16 people. Richardo was fantastic and was available whenever we needed him. We had their breakfast one morning and the group dinner by request. The wine tasting was very informative and tasty and it was amazing being on property during harvest season. We were able to watch a vineyard at work. I will definately recommend this villa to friends...but highly recommend you get the GPS system with any rental cars, because all villas are slightly difficult to find the first time. Thanks again, it was fantastic!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Riccardo and his family were very welcoming & helpful - we got married in the local town of Terranuova Bracciolini and the whole experience from start to finish was made wonderful with the help of Riccardo. There were 16 people in our party and there was more than enough room for us. We used the breakfast facility on the morning of the wedding which was great - we also tried the wine tasting evening there which was fab! We cannot complain about anything - truly wonderful! Swimming pool facility superb - cleaned and checked daily - we can't say enough - can't wait to go back one year for our anniversary.
We would recommend Fattoria Romignano highly.

The villa and surrounds were wonderful ,clean , fresh. Very nice everything was first class. The owner could not have been more accommodating. A great venue for a holiday. There were two kitchens. We only used one for 17 of us. More than enough tables and chairs to go round very good. The pool was a god send. Sparkling clean, the surrounds shaded and cool truly lovely. All the bedrooms were used and were fresh and clean. With 17 people you need lots of bathrooms all the bathrooms were top notch. Words can not describe the amount of work Riccardo put in for us. Our problems were his, we would like to thank him once more. Words fail to describe the patience the villa specialist must have when dealing with someone who does not know the location of villas during the booking process Easy Reserve was very helpful. We would without hesitation recommend this villa, excellent service from day 1 thank you.

Great villa for group of family or friends with children. Lots of space, children loved football field, volley ball and pool area. TV with dvd player for teenagers in the evening.
