Nice farming estate situated on the hills surrounding the Valdarno area offering extensive panoramic view. The property comprises 4 apartments as well as the owner’s house. The railway and a road are 1 km from the property away.
Distances: Palazzuolo with food shops 1 km away, Rignano with all kind of shops 5 km, Incisa (highway exit) 5 km, Florence 20 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large fenced shared garden furnished with table and chairs, fenced-in shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – maximum depth. 2,4 m – open from 01/06 to 30/09) set in panoramic location, barbecue, shared outdoor area furnished for open-air dinners. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: baby bed available upon request (to be paid locally). Washing machine to be paid locally.

Endroit très agréable, piscine de rêve même si un peu fraîche quand meme malgré un plein mois d'août ! Petit bémol sur l'équipement de l'appartement dommage...

This was a lovely place to stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable and very spacious. In fact it felt more like a house.The pool was really very good and with fantastic 360 views. Close to Rignano, it was easy to get to Florence by train.
It was quite close to a major road - not in terms of danger for children, but noise and a major rail line, however this didn't bother us unduly.
A perfect place to relax.

Typische agriturismo, mooi gelegen, vriendelijke mensen.
Zwembad is bijzonder mooi gelegen. Appartementen ruim en schoon.

Very nice appartment and surroundings. Nice kitchen. Pool is fantastic with very nice view. 3 designer outlets in the near vicinity. only 30 minutes from Florence.

The accommodation was very nice and well equipped. There is a wonderful pool, which was very clean and safe for children, with easy access. The villa is in a quiet spot with amenities only a short drive away. The area is ideal for those who want to get away from it all yet be only a 30 minute drive into Florence. We would gladly return in future years.
