Terrace roofed, small patio, garden 100 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The room with the bunk beds is a through room.Central heating is electrical, there is a charge for the period up to 31.05 and from 15.09 up to the end of the contract. There is no charge for the electricity for the period between 01/06 and 15/09.
