Parking, communal covered parking at 100 m. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bathing lake 3 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 200 m, slopes 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena. Attention: for bookings which are longer then 14 days an extra cleaning has to be paid on spot.

Upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Sep. WC. Balcony, south facing position, terrace, west facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. The parking space is in the underground parking, located about 100 meters away. Firewood is provided.
