The rental price includes energy costs, final cleaning, and parking. We provide bed linen, shower/towels, and kitchen towels free of charge. Tourist tax summer (01.06.-31.10.): CHF 7.-- for adults/night, CHF 3.50 for children (6-15.99)/night. All mountain railways (except Metro-Alpin) and postbuses in the Saastal included. Tourist tax winter (01.11.-31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults/night, CHF 2.25 for children (6-15.99)/night. Skibus and postbus in the Saastal included.

The apartment has a total area of 70 square meters, with three rooms. It includes two double bedrooms, each with a sink and an east-facing balcony. The living-dining room features a seating area with a sofa bed and a dining table, as well as a south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate from the living area and is equipped with an electric stove, oven, glass ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. Additionally, there is a shower/WC with a towel dryer.

Amenities Included
The rental price covers energy costs, final cleaning, and parking. Bed linen, shower/towels, and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. During the summer season (June 1st to October 31st), access to all mountain railways and postal buses throughout the Saastal area, excluding the Metro Alpin, is included. The tourist tax for this period is CHF 7 per night for adults and CHF 3.50 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years old. In the winter season (November 1st to May 31st), the skibus and postbus in the Saastal are included, with a tourist tax of CHF 4.50 per night for adults and CHF 2.25 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years old.

Restbeløbet forfalder 65 dage før ankomst.

For reservationer i sidste øjeblik (indenfor 65 dage før ankomst) skal det fulde lejebeløb betales på tidspunktet for reservationen.

I tilfælde af afbestilling af reservationen, selvom den erstattes af en anden, gælder følgende sanktioner:
- det indledende depositum (25% af den samlede leje), hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og op til 66 dage inden ankomst;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis afbestillingen foretages fra 65 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af ”no show”.

Ved reservation af denne ejendom vil lejeren også modtage en afbestillingsforsikringspolice leveret af ERV inkluderet i prisen, der også dækker annullering i tilfælde af positivitet af Covid-19.
