Tourist tax summer (01.06.-31.10.): CHF 7.-- for adults/night, CHF 3.50 for children (6-15.99)/night. All mountain railways (except Metro-Alpin) and postbuses in the Saastal included. The apartment has a total area of 70 square meters, with three rooms. It includes two double bedrooms, each with a sink and an east-facing balcony. The living-dining room features a seating area with a sofa bed and a dining table, as well as a south-facing balcony. The kitchen is separate from the living area and is equipped with an electric stove, oven, glass ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, and a kettle. Additionally, there is a shower/WC with a towel dryer.

Amenities Included
The rental price covers energy costs, final cleaning, and parking. Bed linen, shower/towels, and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. During the summer season (June 1st to October 31st), access to all mountain railways and postal buses throughout the Saastal area, excluding the Metro Alpin, is included. The tourist tax for this period is CHF 7 per night for adults and CHF 3.50 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years old. In the winter season (November 1st to May 31st), the skibus and postbus in the Saastal are included, with a tourist tax of CHF 4.50 per night for adults and CHF 2.25 per night for children aged 6 to 15.99 years old.
