Beskrivelse Interiør
Villa Trullo del Capitolo is a charming residence with swimming pool and an ancient Trullo, located just 2 km from the historic center of Carovigno and 8 km from the beautiful Adriatic coast.
The property consists of two connecting buildings, set in 1.4 hectares of land. In addition to the 60 sqm infinity pool with salt system, you will find a charming citrus grove on the ground.
Totally fenced, the property has three access gates and a covered parking just beyond the main gate.
A suggestive avenue leads to the entrance of the trullo, composed of five cones. Inside, you will find a large entrance hall, a charming alcove with stone seats and fireplace, a large bathroom, a bedroom, a second bathroom and a characteristic tunnel corridor that connects the trullo to the spacious and bright living area of the modern part of the building.
The living area houses a modern open kitchen with a large ribbon window, which offers a unique view of the trullo cones.
The living area is completed by a dining corner and a sofa area with a masonry bookcase.
The sleeping area includes a laundry room and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All rooms overlook the garden and the pool.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.
Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
- The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organize events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 25 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
Extra cleaning on request:
- extra cleaning: €20 per hour and per cleaner
- extra bed linen: €10 per room (sheets + pillowcases)
- extra bathroom linen: €7 per room (2 face towels, 2 bidet towels and 2 bath towels)
- bathrobe: €10 per room (2 bathrobes)
- swimming pool towels: €3.50 per piece
- Complete kit of bedroom and bathroom linen: €33

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.
