122 km to the north from Joensuu, 16 km to the west from Lieksa, lake Pielinen 15 m (871, 2 km²), shallow, gently deepening sand bottom, small rocks on top of it, beach is facing to the west, pier. Wooden cabin 1977, renovated 2006 and 2016. Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with spreadable divan sofa (entrance to the washroom and WC through it), electric sauna, washroom, glazed terrace, carport tent. Wood heated lakeside sauna and dressing room with spreadable sofa. Completely renovated log cabin in a calm location. Wood burning baking oven not in use. Fireplace is equipped with a fireplace insert. There are ventilation and air source heat pump with cooling and warming functionality in the cabin. Infrared heater in the glazed 24 m² terrace.

Fishing equipment; fish trap and fishing rod and reel. There is a covered cooking area with a gas grill and masonry fireplace on the beach. Dressing room and outdoor toilet are connected with lakeside sauna. Water pipe to the lakeside sauna can not be used when temperature is below zero.

Available 2 bicycles for adults.

Water level in lake Pielinen varies during the summer.

Hot tub can be rented for an extra fee.

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also weekend reservations).
