60 km southeast of Joensuu, L.Uskaljärvi (0,99 km2) 100 m, own shore, shallow sand/rock bottom, jetty and own boat. Log cottage 1900 (renovated 1981), kitchen-living room with double bed, sleeping alcove with double bed and convertible bunk bed, sleeping alcove with convertible bunk bed, sauna (elec. stove). Own separate sauna (wood heated stove). Spacious and traditional log cottage situated by the Lake Uskaljärvi in Kiihtelysvaara, Joensuu. Relatively peaceful surroundings, the nearest neighbours are in 200 m distance. Leaf trees surround the cottage. Children-friendly beach faces northeast. The rent includes two bicycles for the use of the customers. Good possibilities for paddling, 1 km to the Jänisjoki canoe trail. There is also a camp fire.

During 27.12.-12.1. the final cleaning cost will be added to the price.
