A lovely holiday cottage for those looking for a place in touch with
wildlife and wilderness. The house is wheelchair accessible.


The cottage has satellite dish-TV with many German channels. Free
wireless internet. A parking space for cars by the cottage. It is the
perfect starting point for excursions around the area. Wheelchair
transfer can be arranged if booked in advance.


The lovely
hosts speak both German and Norwegian. Food can be ordered upon request.


Situated nearby the cottage 68215, in a small holiday park by the sea, on the
island Rolla west of Harstad. The park has several animals, like mini
pigs, sheep, cats and birds - a great experience for children and adults
who love animals. The cottage has a terrace for you to enjoy the view of
sea and mountains. During bright spring and summer nights, experience
the midnight sun on clear nights. During winter you can watch the
Northern Lights move across the polar sky. By the sea is a grill-hut and
a place set up for bonfires, as well as a bath barrel shared with
cottage 68215. An additional fee of NOK 150 per sack of woodfire to heat
up the bath barrel, is arranged with the owner on spot. There are plenty
of fish to catch in the sea, either with rod from land or by boat. There are several fishing
lakes and rivers nearby. Rolla has a great hiking terrain for all
family members, both along the sea and in the mountains.


For rent:


1 x a 17 ft boat with a 20 hp motor, sonar and life jackets, available for rent. The boat must be
booked in advance. A NOK 1000 deposit for the boat.


THE BOAT IS AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 15TH AND OCTOBER 1ST.


The cottage has a fish cleaning table with
running water. If you bring your own boat it costs NOK 1.500 per week
per boat to use the dock.
