In close contact with nature, overlooking the Valdorcia. Podere Palazzone is an old farmhouse belonging to the Azienda Agricola I Poderi, situated between the two villages of Sarteano and Chianciano Terme.
Overlooking the beautiful Valdorcia and inserted, 720 meters above sea level, within the Nature Reserve of Pietraporciana. The view, which offers unforgettable sunsets, stretches as far as the eye can see over the hills of Valdorcia and Mount Amiata. The place is ideal for those who wish to spend a holiday in a secluded place, in touch with nature. The house can be reached through an unmade but well-tended road in the woods, 5 km long. The nearest village is the medieval hamlet of Sarteano which, with its natural and architectural heritage, shops and supermarkets, is only 7 km away.
Restaurant and activities. Around 500 meters far, and part of the Azienda, we find the restaurant Poderuccio, where you can live an experience of taste, flavor and authenticity, as all ingredients used are organic, fresh in season and strictly of their own production or farm-to-table. At Poderuccio the owner, in addition to cooking classes with the products of the synergistic garden, which produces vegetables without the use of fertilizers and with the technique of mulching, also organizes yoga classes in the adjoining room and in the covered outdoor patio. For those who like to walk, a short path in the woods connects Podere Palazzone to the restaurant. 
A typical Tuscan farmhouse. Podere Palazzone, in stone, with terracotta floors and chestnut beams, is divided into 3 independent units not connected to each other, in the apartment on the ground floor there is a bathroom completely suitable for disabled people. Outside there is a large unspoilt area, a swimming pool size 8x4 m. (depth 1.30 m.), which, together with Wi-Fi access, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary comforts, will allow you to spend a completely relaxing holiday. In less than an hour you can visit the villages of Valdichiana and Valdorcia, such as Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d'Orcia and the spa areas of Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo.

The farmhouse is divided into 3 independent apartments, not connected to each other.
Apartment 1, GROUND FLOOR. Entrance on living-dining room with kitchen corner equipped to have meals altogether, sofa and TV, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower suitable for disabled persons and double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR reachable through external staircase and typical loggia.
Apartment 2. Entrance on living-dining room with kitchen corner, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Apartment 3. Entrance on living-dining room with kitchen corner, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
