Approx. 15 minutes to the zoo "Dyreparken" or to "Sørlandsparken", Southern Norways largest shopping centre. 10 minutes to Hamresanden camping and its salt water or freshwater beaches. Go for a 10-15 minute walk to a small lake that offers free fishing. The house deposit must be paid upon arrival!
