108 km northwest of Kajaani, 81 km south-east of Oulu, in Rokua near lake Vaulujärvi area: (no own beach, public beach 250 m away). Hotel-restaurant Rokuanhovi 200 m, Rokua spa 3 km.

Apartment in a four apartment row house, built in 1996, renovated in 2011 and bathroom renovated 2017. Kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, both with bunk beds (second bedroom's bunk bed's lower part is 120 cm wide, sauna, shower room / WC, sleeping loft 2 mattresses, to the loft very steep stairs, hallway, covered porch.

In the loft there is play area for children. Second bedroom's wardrobe is not for guest use.

Maximum amount of persons is 4. In the cold season the temperature of the apartment is about 16 ° C when customer arrives. Customer can heat the apartment quite quick with air-source heat pump. During the summer, air-source heat pump can be used to cool the apartment.

The apartment is located in Rokua's extraordinary ridge scenery. The area is characterized by clearwatered ridge pits and ridges where lichen grows (terrain forms created by the glacial period). In Rokua was founded Finland's first Geopark, UNESCO place with unique geological objects.

In Rokua there are number of hiking trails and routes which are well suited for hiking, camping and mountain biking. In the area there is 70 km of cross-country skiing trails, lit skiing trails 9 km. Lighted skiing trail is 50 m away from the apartment. Skiing Stadium 0.3 km.
