Exit to the garden. Small, open kitchen (4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (delizia) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 open small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large garden. Deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: not suitable for children under 6 years. Non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
