Outside you have your own covered veranda, where you can choose to either eat alfresco or on an evening you can eat within the well proportioned kitchen/dining room. There is also a fresh vegetable garden, where you can pick fresh produce. What could be more rewarding, than cooking with fresh vegetables just picked from the garden. (Subject to availability).
Great place, and designed to allow the property to stay cool during the summer months. A/C in the dining and living area.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
Please note the following information: All travellers are subject to a 6% agency fee, which includes the Allianz Travel Easy policy. This policy covers cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost or damaged baggage.
Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

Restbeløbet forfalder 45 dage før ankomst.
Hvad angår last-minute bookinger (indenfor 45 dage før ankomst) skal hele lejebeløbet betales ved bookingen, medmindre der står noget andet i de reservationspolitikker.
Ved annullering af en reservation, undtagen hvis der står andet i de reservationspolitikker, og selv hvis den bliver erstattet af en anden reservation, skal følgende sanktioner betales:
- den procentdel af det totale lejebeløb, som er indbetalt som depositum på bookingtidspunktet, hvis afbestillingen foretages mellem bookingtidspunktet og 46 dage før starten af lejeperioden;
- 100% af den samlede lejepris, hvis aflysningen sker fra 45 dage til ankomstdagen eller i tilfælde af udeblivelse.

Given the premium price I was paying for the villa, I was disappointed to have to spend the first 48hrs of a 5 day stay acquiring pool towels , which were expressly listed in the list of included items in the voucher I was asked to sign. I contacted the agency rep who informed me they were not included but when I sent her the list she said she would contact the owners. The following day I was told the owners confirmed pool towels were not included. It was only on sending a screen shot of the voucher that we finally got the towels. Other issues were in each of the bedrooms one of the bedside lights had no lamp shade. Our management rep brought these as soon as I pointed it out and was helpful throughout our stay. Wardrobes in two of the bedrooms had two drawers at the bottom. On one wardrobe a drawer handle was missing and there was a protruding screw which was potentially dangerous and on the other wardrobe there was no handle on one of the drawers making it unusable. Finally, I think it should be pointed out that one of the ' double bedrooms' is barely large enough for the bed, so nowhere to put clothes and had only a curtain across the doorway, so no privacy. I am saddened that these matters detracted from what is a charming property. I have answered ' yes' to whether I would recommend this property to a friend, but only on the basis that the matters I have raised are dealt with.
