Fantastic luxury holiday accommodation on the ground floor of a historic villa with shared swimming pool located just a few km from the beautiful city of Volterra and San Gimignano.

The structure is big and develops across the ground floor of a large manor house, on the floor above lives a couple who shares just a part of the outside areas and who accesses their apartment through a separate entrance.

Next to the villa there is an ancient hamlet of farmhouses (about 10 apartments) that have been restructured and transformed into private apartments. The villa and the apartments have their own private garden.

This luxury holiday accommodation for rent is composed of 2 units which are not internally connected and offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Outside there is a private garden for the use of the guests only.

A beautiful swimming pool is located about 50 meters away from the villa and is shared with the owners and with a limited number of the private apartments in the hamlet.

Available to guests: pool table, free Wi-Fi internet connection, King size double beds (200 x 180 cm), private outside space furnished for outdoor dining, communal swimming pool of irregular shape (roughly 20 x 8 m – accessible between the hours of 10:00 and 19:00).
