Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Planai, Hauser Kaibling. Hiking paths: Reiteralm und Fageralm. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photograph shows a typical example. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. There is no reception in the village. Therefore the payment of local additional costs must be made before arrival by credit card or bank transfer. The landlord will inform you about the exact amount in good time.

Upper floor: large living/dining room with panoramic window with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Large balcony. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Different bathroom equipment possible - Sauna and / or indoor whirlpool tub. Double- single- or bunk beds.
