Villa Strettoia is located on the hills above Forte dei Marmi and the Versilia coast reachable in just 6 km. The property is reached by a smooth and slightly uphill road. Only 800 meters away there are two grocery stores, a tobacconist and a pizzeria / bar.

You can access the villa via an automatic gate and inside there are 3 parking spaces.
In front of the villa is an evergreen garden of about 500 sqm with porches and verandas that will make you admire the sea view of this place.
At the end of the garden there is a round pool with a diameter of 7m and a depth of 1.7 to 1.8 meters. It has a hydromassage function and in the vicinity is also a warm shower.

The whole villa is fenced and offers privacy during your stay.

Villa Strettoia was restored in 2016, creating modern and yet rustic rooms.
It is divided into two floors.

Ground floor: large entrance with stairs leading to the first floor and on the right a day corner with sofa and Sat TV.
The kitchen is one of the strongholds of this house with very large island with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, 5 cooking rings and two large windows overlooking one on the sea and one on the pool.

Always on the ground floor is a bedroom with a door to the outside and a bathroom with shower.

First floor: two double bedrooms with both their bathroom with private shower and window with sea view.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and the house is covered by Internet Wifi.
