Large kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, freezer) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). South facing position, small garden. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: not suitable for small children not suitable for children under 10 years. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Fire extinguisher.
