Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 bathrooms, bath/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, boiler. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Water, gas and electricity are included. Please, be responsible with the air conditioning/heat consumption. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week (one hour of air conditioning consumes approximately 3 kwh) Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at 0.20EUR/kwh. Reservations for more than 30 days will have a deposit of € 800.00 and do not include the cost of electricity, water or gas.
