"Olive Tree House", 5-room house 200 m2. Spacious and bright, renovated, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC. 3 double bedrooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Garden. Barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage. The key delivery will be at the office. Outside of the opening hours, the keys will be collected from the safety box, in order to obtain the code it is necessary to contact the office during the opening hours. Water, gas and electricity are included. Please, be responsible with the air conditioning/heat consumption. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week (one hour of air conditioning consumes approximately 3 kwh) Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at 0.20EUR/kwh. Reservations for more than 30 days will have a deposit of € 800.00 and do not include the cost of electricity, water or gas. These expenses will be charged according to their use and will be deducted from the deposit when the invoices are received from the supply companies. VT-442124-A
