There are glass doors from the living room and out to the balcony, where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the fjord. Electricity, bed linen + 2 towels and final cleaning is included. European and international channels. All beds can be combined. Double sofa bed in the living room, 160 cm wide. Combined washing machine and tumble dryer.


There is a beach 20 metres away. You have access to a 400 m2 large yard shared with unit 28173, that is located in the top floor of the neighbour building. There is a shared barbecue grill. A river with salmon is 20 km away. A lake with trout is 4 km. Great fishing conditions in the fjord with all kinds of fish species like salmon, cod, trout, flounder, cat fish, etc.


There are three boats available for rent 20 metres away: a 15 ft Pioner with Tohatsu 20 hp 4-stroke motor. A 17 ft aluminium boat with Yamaha 50 hp 4-stroke motor GPS/chartplotter/sonar and 10 rod holders. Øyen 620F 21 ft with 50 hp Yamaha 4-stroke motor GPS/sonar/chartplotter and 6 rod holders. Life jackets included. Book the boats when booking the house as they are shared between unit 28173.


There is a busy road by the house but the windows are insulated against traffic noise. There is storage space in the garage.
