The Family Suites are located in a group of 3 buildings around a central pool area plus in the close-by “Suites 5” (total of 152 apartments of various sizes) and are part of the “New Nordic Group”, which has been developing a Scandinavian-inspired holiday and leisure “Oasis” with numerous buildings in the same residential neighborhood of prestigious Phratamnak Hill - between Pattaya-City and Jomtien Beach. The reception at C-View Residence - just up the road - is central check-in point and open 24 hours (no need to call ahead for late arrival). Daily room cleaning and electricity re included in the rental rates up to one month. Discounts are available for extended stays. Children under 12 are free, if using existing bedding.
