Villa Karhentimantti is a high-quality rental villa located in Karhe, Ylöjärvi, by the shores of Lake Karhejärvi, 35 km northwest of Tampere. This modern villa accommodates up to 9 guests. For a peaceful night's sleep, the villa offers three separate bedrooms with a total of seven high-quality beds (plus a baby crib) and a sauna's living area with a sofa bed for two. A spacious 80 m² terrace crowns a hydro massage bath, the use of which is included in the rental price.
Lake Karhejärvi is rich in fish, and preparing your catch – such as pike-perch, pike, or perch – on the villa’s gas grill is a delightful experience. A fishing permit for the lake is included in the rent. During the summer, the best way to explore the scenery is from the lake, using the rowing boat or the two SUP boards provided as part of the rental. Guests also have free access to a large trampoline. Additionally, the owner offers two e-bikes for rent upon request.
The wood-heated sauna with two lofts provides gentle heat, and the lake is just steps away via a clean, well-maintained wooden path. The hard, gently sloping sandy beach with a dock is only 20 meters from the villa, perfect for swimming.

The villa has three bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. The town of Ikaalinen is just 8 km away, and the popular Ikaalinen Spa is 10 km from the property.

This log-built villa (2009) features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a heat-storing fireplace, and a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation. There is a separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The washroom includes a shower and a sauna with an electric sauna stove.
Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The upstairs bedroom features two single beds, and an additional single bed is located on the upper floor's hall.

The ground floor features a living area, kitchen (renovated in 2018), a bedroom with two beds, a dressing room, a washroom with a shower and WC, and a sauna with a wood-burning stove (the sauna and washroom were renovated in 2024). There is also a covered porch. The dining table can be extended and there are totally 8 chairs.
The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, and two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC and a balcony.
The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course.

A 4×6 m tent is available for rent for special occasions. The price is 200 EUR per weekend, fully set up, or 150 EUR per weekend if you pick it up (within 10 km), set it up yourself, and return it. A large log villa consisting of three apartments, located in the Mielahti holiday village.
The spacious 78 m² Orvokki apartment is situated in the middle, with the 66 m² Karoliina and Pauliina apartments on either side. Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina. Pets are not allowed in the Pauliina and Orvokki apartments, but they are welcome in Karoliina.
Orvokki apartment 78 m² (middle): a cozy apartment for 5 people on two levels. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom / toilet and sauna. The loft also has a living area and beds for three. The soapstone fireplace downstairs creates a cozy atmosphere. The downstairs bedroom has 2 beds, the loft has 3 beds and a cot.

Spacious holiday home by Lake Jämijärvi, near Hämeenkangas hiking trails and Outdoor Activity Center Jämi.
The holiday home is located 12 km from Jämijärvi municipality center and approx. 6 km from the Outdoor Activity Center Jämi. The holiday home offers a total of 12 sleeping places. Additionally, there is an outbuilding with a rentable event space that can accommodate up to 50 people during the summer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. One upstairs bedroom contains three single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and another sofa bed that extends to a 160x200 cm bed. The second upstairs bedroom has three single beds.
The basement has an electric sauna, a washroom with a shower and WC, a small dressing area, and a separate living area with a sofa and a refrigerator. The living area provides access to the lakeside yard of the house. The yard also includes a sandbox, swings, and a badminton court.
By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. In the summer, cold water is available from a tap, and it is drinkable. Water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when needed. In winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main building. The lakeside sauna includes a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. The room also has two double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as alternative sleeping places during summer, though they are not included in the official bed count. The lakeside sauna is not heated in winter, but the owner can preheat it upon request.
If you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated, please request this when arranging key collection. However, please note that even with heating, the living room may not reach standard room temperatures during winter.
There is a lean-to shelter by the lake with a campfire site in front of it. 2 sup-boards available.

A large former logging camp located on the banks of the Liesijoki River, next to Seitseminen National Park, 56 km north of Tampere. The original cabin was built by Kalle Päätalo, but the main building burned down and was later replaced with a new one. The stable building constructed by Kalle Päätalo still remains. The house was fully renovated in 2021, and the riverside sauna was renovated in the spring of 2022.
This spacious rental cabin has four bedrooms. The first bedroom includes two beds and a bunk bed for two, the second has five bunk beds accommodating 11 people, the third has two bunk beds for five people, and the fourth has two beds. The fireplace/TV room features one bunk bed for two and a corner sofa. The updated kitchen and large dining/living area can accommodate the entire group to eat together. There are 2 indoor WCs and 2 showers.
By the river, there is an atmospheric wood-heated sauna with a washing area with two showers, a fireplace room, and a large terrace extending over the river.
There is a dock for swimming, but no boat is provided. The rocky, flowing riverbank is unsuitable for small children. Approx. 1.5 km away, there is a swimming area with a beautiful sandy beach and a lean-to shelter, shared with three cabins at Alainen-Särkilampi pond.
The property also includes the old stable building, Kallen Talli 17367. By renting this additional cabin, the two properties can accommodate up to 34 people.
The landlord reserves the right to charge a 300 EUR security deposit, which will be refunded to the tenant's bank account after the rental period, provided the property is in good condition and all items are intact. Jauli
