Idyllic two-story cabin located in the southern part of the lake, at the end of own road, on a flat pine forest plot that leads gently to the shore. The cabin was built in 1973 on the shore of the lake Pitkäjärvi (Peipohja, Kokemäki). Own beach 20 m, there are many springs at the bottom of the lake
The cabin has modern and spacious living room/kitchen with versatile equipment. Light fireplace with stove fan.
On the ground floor, wood-heated sauna and washroom with WC. The sauna lobby room can be used as a dressing room. In addition, separate WC with washing machine (including drying function).

The hydro massage bath outdoors is spacious: it has one lying seat and five seats. With good massage properties, you get additional relaxation for an enjoyable bath experience.

This impressive and spacious house with a swimming pool is located in Sastamala, just 45 km from Tampere. Inside, the pool area features a 6×3 m swimming pool (water temperature approximately 22°C, depth around 1.3 m, deepening to about 1.45 m at one end), a small cold pool, a spacious sauna, and a bathroom with two showers. There is also a heat-storing fireplace and a living area with amenities such as a bar counter.
Outside, there is a swimming pool lined with a waterproof membrane, measuring approximately 18 x 8 x 1.4 m. A smaller section serves as an overflow pool that is not intended for swimming. The pool edges are lined with loose, round natural stones, and the pool bottom is covered with a rubber membrane. The outdoor pool is available during the warm season.
The main bedroom downstairs has a double bed and a cozy LED fireplace. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with three beds: a double bed and a single bed. The villa has three bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. The town of Ikaalinen is just 8 km away, and the popular Ikaalinen Spa is 10 km from the property.
8 km southwest of Ikaalinen and 56 km northwest of Tampere, Lake Kyrösjärvi 25 m. The shallow sandy beach is ideal for swimming, and a private pier and rowing boat are available for guest use.
This log-built villa (2009) features a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a heat-storing fireplace, and a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation. There is a separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine. The washroom includes a shower and a sauna with an electric sauna stove.

Spacious holiday home by Lake Jämijärvi, near Hämeenkangas hiking trails and Outdoor Activity Center Jämi.
The holiday home is located 12 km from Jämijärvi municipality center and approx. 6 km from the Outdoor Activity Center Jämi. The holiday home offers a total of 12 sleeping places. Additionally, there is an outbuilding with a rentable event space that can accommodate up to 50 people during the summer. In winter, a smaller heated section of the event space is available for rent for smaller gatherings. The use of the event space must be agreed upon separately with the owner, and the rental fee is paid directly to them.
The main building is situated 45 meters from the shore of Lake Jämijärvi, with a gently sloping sandy beach. There is also a beach volleyball court near the water. The main building is a wooden structure built in 1952. The entrance floor features a spacious kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a WC. The upstairs hall includes a sofa bed that can be used as a 120x190 cm bed for one person. One upstairs bedroom contains three single beds, a 120x190 cm sofa bed, and another sofa bed that extends to a 160x200 cm bed. The second upstairs bedroom has three single beds.
The basement has an electric sauna, a washroom with a shower and WC, a small dressing area, and a separate living area with a sofa and a refrigerator. The living area provides access to the lakeside yard of the house. The yard also includes a sandbox, swings, and a badminton court.
By the shore, there is a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. In the summer, cold water is available from a tap, and it is drinkable. Water can be heated in a stove-attached water tank when needed. In winter, water must be carried from the lake or the main building. The lakeside sauna includes a living room with electricity, a fireplace, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. The room also has two double beds and a sofa bed that can be used as alternative sleeping places during summer, though they are not included in the official bed count. The lakeside sauna is not heated in winter, but the owner can preheat it upon request.
If you wish to have the lakeside sauna preheated, please request this when arranging key collection. However, please note that even with heating, the living room may not reach standard room temperatures during winter.
There is a lean-to shelter by the lake with a campfire site in front of it. 2 sup-boards available.

A large log villa consisting of three apartments, located in the Mielahti holiday village.
The spacious 78 m² Orvokki apartment is situated in the middle, with the 66 m² Karoliina and Pauliina apartments on either side. Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina. There is also a covered porch. The dining table can be extended and there are totally 8 chairs.
The upper floor has a lounge area with one bed, and two bedrooms (each with three beds), a WC and a balcony.
The cabin is equipped with an air source heat pump for heating and cooling in summer. Child safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs.
The yard includes a barbecue area. There is a trampoline (with a safety net) for children, shared between Kaivoskartano and Kultakartano, located at the corner of the Kaivoskartano plot; use is at your own risk. The holiday village area also offers a tennis court, beach volleyball court, and mini-golf course.

Romantic cottage by the lake Miekkajärvi is built in 2006.
Downstairs: living room (sofa bed for 1 person), kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, air source heat pump, separate toilet, wash room and electric sauna.

Swimming possibility from the pier (dock ladders). Water depth at the pier is about 1,5 m.
Owner rents out a hot tub (from first of May till end of October) which is situated front of the pier. Hot tub booking has to be made before hand to the owner, also payment straight to the owner (100 or 140 e/cottage booking).
