The villa, built in 2024, features a well-equipped living room/kitchen. The spacious living area includes a large dining group, a big smart TV, and a fireplace. The villa has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with three separate beds each. A large 60 m² terrace offers stunning views of the lake.
In addition, there is a heated outbuilding in the yard, providing two additional beds, making it comfortable even in winter. The washroom includes a shower and WC, and there is also an additional separate WC.

Log-built semi-detached apartment (2019). On the ground floor of the high-quality furnished apartment, there is a living room with a sofa bed (spread out 140x205 cm) and a kitchen with a spacious dining table for six people.
In addition, downstairs there is one bedroom with 2 beds. An electric sauna and a bathroom with a WC.
