Denne hyggelige tømmerhytte ligger i hjertet af Vuosseli i Kuusamo, Finland. Bygget i 1998 og løbende renoveret gennem årene, kombinerer hytten rustik karakter med moderne komfort. Hytten ligger blot 700 meter fra skicentret East Ruka og cirka 25 kilometer fra byen Kuusamo ved Ruka. Hytten har et grundareal på 126 m² samt en lav loft på 28 m² og huser op til 6 gæster fordelt på 4 soveværelser. Stueetagen omfatter 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng og 3 soveværelser hver med 2 senge, alle udstyret med præmium Tempur-madrasser. Det kombinerede køkken og stueområde skaber et varmt, hyggelig rum til madlavning og afslapning.
Udendørsarealer
Hytten ligger omgivet af det fredelige finske landskab i Vuosseli-området. Skiløjperne ligger blot 150 meter fra hytten, og snescooterslien er tilgængelig 400 meter væk. Disse nærheder gør det muligt at få direkte adgang til de rekreative muligheder, som gør området så eftertragtet.

15 km to the northeast from Iisalmi, lake Iso-Lappi 650 m (length 2.5 km, width 350 m), public swimming beach with shallow sand beach, pier, rowing boat.
Brick house (1978), living room with two sofa beds (four extra beds), separate kitchen, four bedrooms, two WC, washroom, sauna. Beds: bedroom 1: double bed and one separate bed, bedroom 2: two beds, bedroom 3: two beds, bedroom 4: two beds, hall on the upper floor: 1 bed and one spare bed for one.
There is an outbuilding with two summer use sheds (two beds in both), a garage and a woodshed in the yard.
Note! Beds located in the sheds are alternative spare beds. In the price is included beds for max. 14 guests. However, the destination is ideal for a group with max. six adults and the rest of the group are children.

The manor villa is located in Oravi, on the shore of Lake Haukivesi. It offers a peaceful location with a private beach, a pier, a small sand beach, and a lakeside sauna. There is a shared activity area with the neighboring villa, where you can play games like badminton. The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 15th. At the beach, there is a hot tub that guests can use throughout the year. Next to the hot tub, there is also a campfire site and a fish-cleaning table.
46 km to the northwest from Savonlinna, Lake Saimaa 50 m, hard gravel bottomed, and gently sloping beach. Own pier and rowing boat.
High-quality wood villa, built in 2008, features a spacious living room/kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms with two beds in each, a utility room/dressing room, a bathroom with two showers, an electric sauna, a separate shower room, and two separate WCs.
The cottage has an air-source heat pump with cooling function.

Tahkonbalju er en pragtfuld feriehus beliggende i hjertet af Tahkovuori skicenter i Nilsiä, Finland. Hovedbygningen på 170 kvadratmeter blev opført i 2005, mens saunasektionen på 85 kvadratmeter blev tilføjet i 2008. En omsluttende veranda forbinder alle bygningsdele under ét tag og sikrer problemfri passage mellem de forskellige rum uanset vejret. Feriehuset tilbyder plads til større grupper og ligger direkte inden for skicenterets område med direkte adgang til pister og skilifter.
Udendørsarealer
En stor udendørs varmtvandstub befinder sig uden for saunasektionen og er inkluderet i lejen. Den omsluttende veranda omkring hele feriehuset skaber et stort dækket udendørsareal, der forbinder alle dele af ejendommen. Ved fronten af feriehuset ligger en glaspavillon udstyret med infrarød varme, som kan nydes hele året rundt. Bemærk at det er strengt forbudt at stå eller gå på låget på den udendørs varmtvandstub; hvis låget beskadiges under opholdet, opkræves et minimumgebyr på 500 euro på bookingen efter opholdet.
Praktiske oplysninger
Feriehuset er udstyret med varmepumpe til effektiv klimakontrol og Wi-Fi-forbindelse. Saunasektionen omfatter et rum med pejs med gasovn, en vaskerum med 4 brusere og en stor sauna med elektrisk ovn. Hovedbygningen og saunasektionen er forbundet via den dækkede veranda. Spiraltrappen til øverste etage er stejl, og gæster med mobilitetsudfordringer eller små børn bør være opmærksomme herpå.
Afstande og seværdigheder
Feriehuset ligger cirka 65 km nordøst for Kuopio. Søen Syvärijärvi befinder sig blot 300 m fra ejendommen; en offentlig badestrand ligger 1,2 km væk. A large log villa consisting of three apartments, located in the Mielahti holiday village.
The spacious 78 m² Orvokki apartment is situated in the middle, with the 66 m² Karoliina and Pauliina apartments on either side. Renting the entire Kilpola villa is ideal for groups of up to 15 people or three smaller groups or families, each with up to five members. The apartments can be connected via adjoining doors in the upstairs sleeping alcoves.
Kilpola, as a whole, is available for rent during Christmas, New Year’s, and Midsummer. At other times, the apartments can be rented individually: 17354 Kilpolan Orvokki, 17355 Kilpolan Pauliina, and 17356 Kilpolan Karoliina. Pets are not allowed in the Pauliina and Orvokki apartments, but they are welcome in Karoliina.

A cozy cabin (195 m²) by the sea. The cabin features a spacious living room, a large dining area accommodating 14 people, and a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace room boasts a warm ambiance with a heat-retaining fireplace.
The bathroom includes 3 showers. A spacious sauna features an electric sauna stove.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms, each with three beds. On the upper floor, three bedrooms. Upper floor bedroom 1: 2 beds, Bedroom 2: 3 beds, Bedroom 3: 3 beds. Additionally, one bed in the upper floor hall. The cabin has a total of 15 beds.
A charcoal grill (client has to bring his own barbeque coals.) and garden furniture are available on the terrace.
A highchair and a travel crib are available upon advance request at no extra charge.
Pets are allowed but are not permitted on sofas or beds. If pets relieve themselves in the yard, the tenant must clean up after them.
By the shore, there is a spacious cooking hut and a shallow swimming spot for shared use among the cabins in the area.
A 150 m² lakeside sauna can be rented separately from April to September, only for full-day use. There are two hot tubs and two spacious saunas, both of which have their own washroom, and a shared spacious living room and small kitchen. The rental price is 600-1000 e, depending on the number of people and how many hot tubs and saunas are rented. The rent is agreed directly with the owner on the spot.
